100 percent mortgages with no credit check

Getting a mortgage is difficult enough and securing 100% mortgage is even more difficult. On top of that if you have a bad credit history, then this task might seem to be impossible.

However, even for those with poor credit, online lender have opened up plenty of finance options like faxless, no faxing and sameday no fax loans, pounds till next payday loan, advances and personal loans.

Keeping this in mind, you should know that it is possible to find 100% mortgages with no credit check because there are still a few finance companies and lenders that are willing to take the risk for their clients and offer quick and guaranteed mortgages when you have an immediate or instant requirement for cash.

There are many benefits of getting a loan that provides you 100% financing and even more if you have bad credit. You will not require any down payment and you can finally get the chance to own your own home rather than having to live on rent.

It is easy to find many online lenders today that will offer you direct, no-hassle loans like these. You can get an automatic and immediate ok from the lender if you fulfil all the eligibility criteria. Another advantage is that you will also not require to pay for any private insurance in most cases because the insurance will be included in the higher rate that you will be paying because of your poor credit.

The main disadvantage of 100% mortgage is that you will be paying more on the loan that you take through higher interest rates and you will also have higher closing costs.

You would generally get an adjustable rate on the loan rather than a fixed rate. Another disadvantage when you purchase a home with 100% finance is that you will have no equity at all.

If the value of the home goes down because of the market slump, then it might create a few problems for you. However, for those who do not have many options and not many lenders offering mortgages, these loans work out to be the right option.

Do 100% mortgages still exist in the states. I live in Miami and it seems that the days of the no money down are well and truly behind us since the global down turn. Any takers. My question is are 100% mortgages still available in the states ? Jeffery

The States have been hit terribly by the global recession. Foreclosures show no sign of slowing down. It is a difficult period at the moment for American homeowners.

Geez here in the States with the current predicament of the housing market I doubt it is possible to get a 70% mortgage let alone a 100% mortgage. I’m not saying its not possible but I think it is highly unlikely.
