you been having problems finding a place to live lately due to some financial issues or even a bankruptcy? Are you starting to get turned down everywhere you go around the UK? Well, it really doesn’t have to be that way when you are trying to find no credit check apartments for rent.

It’s true, that right now it seems that landlords are mre concerned than ever about trying to find tenants that are going to pay their rent to them on time, because generally they’re waiting for that money so they can pay their own mortgage payments on time. Of course you know that even if you’ve missed a credit card payment or two that you’re not going to do the same with your rent. However, the landlord doesn’t know that. In other words the landlord, unfortunately is going to believe what they see on your credit report over what you tell them. So, even though it can be done, finding a no credit check apartments for rent could be a daunting task, you just can’t give up however.

Different landlords and letting agents are going to look at your bad credit history in totally different ways. Some of them may be kind enough to look over some of those credit blemishes that you have and take into account that you have a solid job and decent income and will rent to you anyway. If you run into that, then you will have it made when it comes to getting into an apartment or flat.Have

One of the first things you should do before you go looking for no credit check apartments for rent is to check your credit report on your own. You really need to make sure that you know what is on your credit history. If you go to a letting agent and you have no idea what is on that report and you don’t even know who you have some ccj’s with they are not going to look at this as being acceptable. Don’t think the letting agent doesn’t want to help you, because they do because if they get you an apartment then they’re going to get their commission. But, if you aren’t honest with them or play dumb, they’re not going to be willing to work with you. However, if you are totally up front with everything, they just might be willing to go ahead and bend a few rules for you.

It really isn’t going to hurt you in any fashion if you come right out and discuss your credit history with an agent or even a landlord. If you want to get one of those no credit check apartments for rent then it’s advisable that you talk with the landlord first before they consider doing a check. If you tell them that your credit is not in the best shape, they may be willing to overlook your bad credit. So it’s always a good idea to ask them what kinds of checks they make and what kind of references they prefer before they even take you out to see the place.

You might be able to avoid a credit check altogether if you left your previous landlord on good terms and can get them to provide you with a letter that proves to the prospective landlord that you did pay your rent in a timely manner and that you left the property in good shape when you moved out. This kind of a reference is going to go a long ways for a landlord or a letting agent.

One more way in which you might be able to get away with no credit check apartments for rent even if they generally check is to see if you can’t get the landlord or the letting agent to accept a larger deposit or more of the rent paid in advance. Even though this might cost you a lot more money, it might be a good way to get into a nice flat without letting your bad credit keep you from doing so.

There is one issue about finding true no credit check apartments for rent. Generally if the landlord really and truly does not care who they rent their property to, then it’s more than likely that they also may not care as much about their tenants and their needs.
